Joe Sonderegger
Sous Chef
Joe Sonderegger started at Green Bay Country Club in the spring of 2015 as the Sports Center kitchen manager. He accepted the position of sous chef in the Main Clubhouse later that same year.

Joe started working in restaurants at the age of 14 in his home town of Monroe, WI. He studied Culinary Arts at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton from 2004 to 2007. His previous work experience includes Oneida Golf and Country Club and the Grapevine Cafe.

Joe is happily married to his beautiful wife Brooke and the couple has two handsome boys, Landon and Liam.
