Robert has been employed at Green Bay Country Club since June of 2008.

He grew up in Shawano, Wisconsin and started working in the kitchen with his father at the age of 14 at Anello’s Torch Lite. He studied Culinary Arts and Hotel / Restaurant Management at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, Wisconsin. He personally believes everything is better with bacon!

In addition to working in the kitchen, he enjoys fishing, camping, playing pool, and spending time with his wife Alisa and their pets.
